Two decades of championing youth wellness.
Founded in 2006 by Don Waldron, Fit-For-Me Foundation has grown from a Dallas grassroots effort into a voice for accessible, modern wellness education.
Our Story
When Don Waldron founded Fit-For-Me in March 2006, youth obesity was the headline crisis. Twenty years on, the conversation has grown — screen time, mental health, food insecurity, and the rising cost of sport have reshaped what it means to be "fit." We've evolved with the times, but our north star hasn't moved: every young person deserves the tools to live well.
